Leigh Youth Hub have only gone and done it again….
Since opening Leigh youth hub in 2022, the team have wanted to provide young people with as many opportunities as possible and continue to do so.
During 2023, the team decided to put on an event to ensure as many young people and their families got the Christmas everyone deserves. This event continues to 2024 and has grown even bigger.
On the 10th December, Leigh Youth hub hosted their Family Christmas meal at Leigh Sports Village Stadium, where the families had a 3 course meal, had entertainment, dance offs, raffles and Santa made an appearance, giving all the young people sack full of presents.
The team wanted to make sure the families were treated like VIP’s and has a night to remember.
Suzanne the Duty Manager at Leigh Youth hub said: ‘ The biggest thankyou to everyone who helped during the evening, everyone who has donated to the toy appeal and to all the staff who has supported us all the way through. We genuinely couldn’t have done this without everyone.’
