All our staff are trained to work across site at Leigh Youth Hub, LSV Arena & Pennington Flash.

You will gain training in:

• Working with community clubs, grassroot teams, football leagues, Arena Activity programme including delivering kids parties and sessions.
• Working side by side with the youth workers on youth sessions.
• Working with the professional teams.
• Day to day running of Leigh Youth Hub.

You will also be given the opportunity to pursue your interests & gain qualification in the industry.

Casual Recreational Assistant

We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team of Casual Recreational Assistants. This flexible role involves working across two vibrant community sites: Leigh Sports Village Arena and Leigh Youth Hub.
As a Recreational Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of day to day offers and youth activities, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all users.

Duty Manager- Grants and Funding!

We are looking for a committed individual with a passion for sports and leisure industry with the drive to make a real difference.

As Duty Manager for the on-site Youth Hub, you will join our Management Team, supporting Leigh Sports Village’s Arena and Pennington Flash site where necessary, as well as having sole responsibility for identifying funding opportunities and applying for grants to generate additional revenue streams.
