Mix it up Mondays are run in partnership with Wigan Youth Zone to bring the young people in Leigh the best opportunities, free of charge.
Together, we’re not only creating more spaces for young people to engage but also fostering an environment where learning and fun take centre stage with the help of our youth team. Our partnership with Wigan Youth Zone is all about empowering and inspiring the next generation across the borough in terms of employability, skill development and socialisation. This session for young people on Mondays is available to young people aged 8 – 18.
Young people can join in with Xbox challenges or Nintendo Switch games, table top games, arts & crafts, pool tournaments, karaoke and more. Come along and join us absolutely free of charge with no requirement to pre-book. We just ask that you fill out a membership form before you start!
- Every Monday 4:30pm- 6:15pm ages 8-11 & 6:30pm-8:15pm for Year 7+
We also have two other Open Access sessions for seniors on a Thursday and Friday.
We also have football sessions for our Junior age group with Wigan Athletic Community Trust from 5pm-6pm at Leigh Sports Hub
